We were delighted to have been chosen as the recipients of books as part of the global book night on 23rd April. Shirlyn Grover was selected as one of the 20,000 book givers when specially printed copies of titles chosen for the day were handed out for free to encourage a passion for reading.<br/><br/>At the drop-in session that day Shirlyn handed out 25 copies of Notes from a Small Island by Bill Bryson. This was the start of the books journey and there will be opportunity to discuss the book further through the editorial group that she now runs on a Tuesday morning.
